The Victor Community Program began in 2017 and serves families who live in the Victor school district community. Families with babies 36 months of age and younger are eligible to receive a free “bundle of books” and our Parent Guide, which contains tips for reading to babies and young children. A gift of age-appropriate books for siblings through age 7 is also provided.

Budding Readers gifts a new book to each UPK, K and First Grade student in Victor three times each year.  In addition, each of their teachers receives a pack of eight books to use in their classroom.

The Victor program is coordinated by two retired educators from Victor: Marilyn DeLucia and Nancy Johnstone.
